Policies

Reservations
Appointments are recommended. We will text or e-mail you two days before your reservation to confirm your date and time.
Punctuality
We ask that you arrive 15 min prior to all Facial, Body, or Massage services so that you may change, relax, and receive the full benet of your service time. Keep in mind that your appointment may have to be shortened as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.
Cancellations/No Shows
Advance notice is appreciated on all cancellations. Failure to cancel with a minimum 24 hour notice will result in a credit card charge for half of the service’s value before being able to rebook another service.
Redo’s for Hair Services
Requests must be made within 48 hours from the date of service and must be performed by the same stylist.
Payment Types
We honor Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Debit Cards.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in menu or package pricing, and are cash only.
Children
For the relaxation and rejuvenation of all of our guests and the safety of your little loved ones, please and care for them before your appointment. We ask that children (12 and under) not enter the services areas unless they are receiving a service themselves. Children may not be in the retail area unless supervised by an adult at all times.
Cell Phones
Out of courtesy to our other guests, we ask that cell phones be switched to silent mode and not be used while at Aspen Falls.
Pets
